Description :

PrioCall is an electronic call system allowing a person with special needs to indicate their arrival when joining a queue.

Principle :

The user inserts a card which triggers a visual and audible alert to the person serving the queue.

Purpose :

Someone with difficulties standing for prolonged periods such as a person with a disability or a pregnant mother may indicate their arrival to the person serving, who will then call them to the head of the queue. This avoids awkwardness or embarrassment for the user since they do not have to ask those waiting to let them pass.
